1. Group Coaching
At this Level, you interact in a group setting with other business owners experiencing similar trials, get feedback on your progress as you deal with the turbulence of this storm and have your questions answered along the way by a certified rainforest business coach. It's our mastermind group that drills down on the application of these principles and strategies you receive from the coaching materials.

2. One-on-One Coaching: Coaching offers a proven means for creating more of what you want in life. Through regular one-on-one coaching sessions, clients identify what is most important to them and align their thoughts, words, plans and actions accordingly. Getting through this storm and having the life you want begins with gaining fresh clarity on your vision and guiding values. From there you can work through what needs to be redefined, retooled, repackaged or reinvented.

Combined with online, interactive coaching, one-on-one coaching is a great tool to help you stay accountable for completing the anchor activities, projects and opportunities you deem important. Your coach can look in on your progress live on the internet and give you real time feedback.

3. Business Analysis: A consultant will come onsite, meet with key staff, interview key employees and do a comprehensive analysis of the health of your business in the following areas...
  • Strategic Vision Analysis to determine if it guides the company and empowers the work force or merely decorates the wall and takes up space in an employee handbook. Do you have a clear and compelling vision that is part of the corporate discussion or has that been lost in the windstorm? Does everyone knows their role in the vision and how they are measured by it? If not, we can help you develop that.
     
  • Manufacturing/Service Analysis to evaluate your ability to turn over resources quickly and redeploy any asset whether capital, inventory or personnel from a non-functioning or low producing asset into a high functioning one. Sometimes lost profit can be turned around simply through repurposing a product, refocusing a service, redirecting an asset, etc. We will help you identify those opportunities. We also look for blockages to growth... Things like internal communication issues between departments, how knowledgeable the staff is with respect to their job function, what training they may need, how they can be tested and measured, etc.
     
  • Administrative & Operational Analysis to evaluate the process equity, if any, you have established in your business. We look for where systemization (the utilization of proven processes and procedures to produce a known, predictable and reliable result) can be improved to increase the efficiency and productivity of your company.   • Team & Employee Analysis to identify the major pests robbing you and your team of efficiency and identifying practical strategies you can implement to immediately and substantially increase workforce productivity.   • Relationship Analysis where we help you identify potential mutualistic relationships that can significantly expand your business. Finding the right relationships to strengthen your market position is critical in turbulent times.
     
  • Marketing Analysis where we evaluate the message your sales staff is communicating, how uniform and consistent it is, and more importantly, how effective it is. Are you using right brain communication techniques or only left brain linear methods? We can also evaluate the effectiveness of your marketing collateral.
  • Security Analysis where we help you identify potential security threats. With identity theft and theft of proprietary information at record highs, we will help you find those areas that pose a potential loss. 

The investment for the Business Analysis depends on the number of days involved, and the scope of the analysis.

4. Project Work: Based on the findings from the Business Analysis, there may be specific projects to address. Typically this involves bringing an area of non-compliance into compliance. This may involve redefining and redeveloping any aspect of your business from standard operating procedures, setting up systems to helping your team develop a functioning vision statement and developing some strong marketing collateral. Essentially, this brings all the parts of the organization that were not functioning with the ease, efficiency and productivity you expect, up to speed. Fees depend on the size, scope and nature of the project.

Monthly Consulting Retainer: Sometimes the best solution is a period of walking out the implementation together over a period of months or even longer. This is usually determined after the Busienss Analysis has occurred and long term projects have been identified. This might be a marketing campaign, a corporate reorganization, a product development and launch, etc.
